Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Please bring your own RV safe toilet paper (needs to be RV safe otherwise it will clog the system and you will be charged) I will provide 1-2 rolls, but you will need more.
- Waste tanks need to be emptied before return or prepaid in advance. $80 charge if not empty on return.
- Please throw out all food, trash and clean your own dishes prior to return.
- NO SMOKING in the trailer
