From start to finish, renting from Mike was a breeze. Always available for last minute questions. The RV itself was as pictured. Clean, roomy, and everything functioned well. Caleb at Fireside was a pleasure to communicate with and even double checked the RV when we thought our group left something behind. Will definitely use again!
The RV was better than expected and Michael was great to deal with. He responded if we had a question and was just a great long weekend. Will rent from him again for sure.

Everything was fantastic but the weather, however I stayed dry. Would rent again.
To start, owner changed pick up location without notifying us, which cost us an additional 2 hrs travel time. Owner did not meet us at pick up, instead had employee with minimal knowledge of the RV meet us. Several questions went unanswered. RV at time of pick up had only 1/2 tank of fuel. RV was filthy upon pick up with food and unknown items behind and under seats and throughout.
