mileage inaccurate. A lot of wear and tear
None of our RVs have inaccurate odometers. This renter drove an RV and unsafe amount of mileage in a short amount of time and exceeded the total allotment of free miles that we include. They then incurred a surcharge for the additional miles. All of the details about what is included and what could potentially cause a surcharge are clearly listed on our listing.
Great trip all around. Make sure to get pickup instructions before you arrive as Trailhead is not a brick and mortar building. Great RV rental service.
Internet was not very good, $30 per day got charged for wi-fi, it wasn't working most of the time. We had to rely on our own wi-fi/ hotspot for internet.
It should have been clearly communicated to us about the availability of the internet as we were totally banking on it for work when we originally paid for it. We were able to work as we have planned an alternative.
What a wonderful experience renting an RV! Trailhead staff explained everything thoroughly and the return process was easy. Thank you, Jerry! Highly recommended.
