Brian was very communicative and responsive. He was very thorough and helpful in the handoff. We rented for a weekend to "try out" RV-ing and it was a great size trailer to pull. The trailer is completely empty (expect cleaning supplies) so remember to pack all dishes, pans, paper towels that you need. There is an additional pad on top of the mattress so that made sleeping more comfortable.
