Serafima was very easy to work with and was quick to get back to us in the week leading up to our rental when we had questions on some of the details of the trailer. Pick-up and drop-off was a breeze! Would rent this camper again.
Our first camper experience couldn't have been better thanks to this camper and Serafima! She was incredibly thorough in showing us the ropes before we hit the road. When we had a couple of hiccups with the AC and our own confusion about the water pump, Serafima addressed them promptly and efficiently. We'd absolutely recommend this camper and renting from her!
