- There is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, we reserve the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect
- Must check to see if we can accommodate different pick up or drop off times. We work based off appointments so please arrive on time to avoid a late fee.
- RV must be returned with a full tank of gas and be COMPLETELY clean on the inside. Fees will apply for refueling and extra cleaning if needed.
- RV insurance does not cover any damages to the interior of the RV. Our $77 Interior protection package is required for reservations of 7 nights or more as well as all festivals/events.

Kristina was very communicative and helpful from start to finish.
We've rented RVs from Kristina three times now, and each experience has been outstanding. Kristina is incredibly responsive and always goes above and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns. Listing Accuracy: we reserved a different vehicle five weeks prior but had to take a another vehicle on day of pick up due to a dead battery in reserved vehicle.
Cleanliness: Due to the quick change, and a quick wipe through, the vehicle did not receive a five star rating.
Pick up experience: dampened by not receiving reserved vehicle.
Rental value: We received a larger camper and it ran great.
Thank you for your feedback. We are so lucky to have an inventory of RVs so that in rare situations when there is a last minute problem we are able to offer a different option rather then having to cancel. We did offer to get the battery replaced and you opted to take another RV rather than wait for the repair which is completely fine on our end either way.
Matt and Kristina were very effective in communicating with us, provided timely responses, did a great job in meeting us and orienting us to the unit. The unit was clean and provisioned as planned. The pick-up and drop-off arrangements were just what we needed. Thanks for a good experience.

The pickup was easy and not to far from the airport (they do offer an airport delivery option). Matt did a great job giving this first time RV renter an overview of operating the vehicle. When we had a question while on the road they were always quick to respond.
We had such a good week my wife may actually let me buy an RV in the future… to be determined!
