Rules & Policies

- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Owner delivers and pickups. Owner allows customer to tow on a case- by- case basis.
- No smoking. There will be an additional $250 fee if the trailer has been smoked in.
- Should awning be damaged in any way there will be an additional $1200 charge.
We have two 10' sit on top kayaks with life jackets and oars available to add-on to your stay. Rental of both is $150 per trip, if you only need one, it is $75 per trip.
