- Dumping both tanks has to be done by the renter. If tanks are not completely emptied by the time of return, a $350 fee will be assessed

Please note that the renter must completely dump all tanks (Gray and black water) before returning the RV. If the tanks are not empty, a $550 dumping fee will be deducted from the deposit.
