Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- MUST return rental with FULL tank of gas and EMPTY grey/black waste water tanks, otherwise $500 fee will be incurred from your security deposit.
- Absolutely NO climbing the roof ladder or accessing the roof is permitted. Evidence of access/damage to the roof will result in the loss of your full security deposit ($1500).
- Absolutely NO smoking and NO pets allowed. Evidence of violation will result in the loss of your full security deposit ($1500).
- "if it came with you, take it with you when you leave" -- please take all trash, fridge items, and belongings with you upon return of the rental.
Propane Fee:
You will be charged based on your propane usage after your trip. Average use per trip is 1/2 tank, which equates to a $30 charge.
