John was great at meeting us in a convenient location and going through everything in the camper. His wif and him did an amazing job with providing sheets and a manual for us in case we needed it. The camper was clean which was really important to us. Everything worked which was also great. No unexpected surprises which made the trip wonderful and stress free.
