Barbara was an actual joy to rent from. From the time of booking through final drop-off. She truly wants you to have a phenomenal experience. She is very timely with her responses to questions, within hours. Will support during the trip with any needs or questions. A++
Barbara was wonderful walking us through the rental. She gave great instructions and highlighted the key part of the vehicle (for someone who never drove an RV before). It was an easy pick up and return process. We had a wonderful trip and the RV worked out great!
We had a fantastic trip and really enjoyed renting this RV! As a family of 4 with two small kids we were a little nervous about our first RV trip but Barbara made everything easy and understandable for us upfront. The RV drives really well and all the equipment worked just as Barbara described during our walkthrough, so we had a really smooth trip to Ricketts Glen State Park.
We had such a fantastic time renting from Barb!! The RV was so well stocked and she did a fantastic job running through all of the details which was essential for us as first time riders. The 5 of us adults were very comfortable throughout the weekend and would definitely rent again.
Thank you Barbara for a fantastic experience beginning to end! Barbara was a pleasure to deal with SUPER communicative and made our first RV trip a huge success. Cant say enough! She was always available for questions and the RV was excellent. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking especially first timers, just please be sure to fix the Cruise control :)
