Very disappointed. Our RV was delivered which was great. When it arrived it did smell. It wasn’t clean (wiped over, yes), it had ants, and it was missing a certain. I did make contact with the owner and was informed that a new one had been ordered but hadn’t arrived. During our stay, there was a hurricane.
At no additional cost, we offered to pick up the trailer and return the trailer after the storm, even though this service would cost us an additional $225 which is what we pay independent drivers to perform all of our delivery work. After the storm passed there was no damage and the campground opened the very next day.
