- Sewer Dump fee $100. Towing or delivered no sewer at the site. Clog or over filled black tank $150 charge for 1st hour, +$50 for every add'l hour. $350 minimum. if professional services are needed.
- No illegal activity or climbing on the roof. If evidence is found that is automatic forfeit of your deposit. No burning man festival or mudding type events . Smoking is strictly Prohibited 150 fee
- If you are brining pets a pet fee is required per fet. If Evidence is found that fee was not paid but pet was in the unit 150 fee.
- Early/late pick-up or drop-off is possible 50 for for more then 2 hours, if time is available.
- Broom swept, counters wiped down, all dishes clean put away, all garbage removed, all food removed from Fridge. If extra cleaning is more then 30 mins a 50 fee per hour will be assed
