Great communication - before and after the rental. Explained the RV and the operations throughly . Very accommodating with drop shipments. Wonderful to work with.

Do yourselves a favour and STAY AWAY.
The RV looks and feels very old, not as described. We had problems with it throughout our whole trip.
These renters are upset because we took more o their deposit to fix issues they caused. Picked up RV, called us after lots of explanations telling us the fridge wouldn't work - come to find out they turned off the propane which was never ever suggested to do. The fridge runs on that. Right off you know there is a lack of understanding with how RV's run.
Overall the RV was a reasonable value for the cost, but was not in the same condition as shown in the listing. The backup camera was not functioning for the duration of the trip (not disclosed prior to departure) and the radio stopped working halfway through. Also it was not shared until pickup that we only could refuel with Premium gas or the check engine light would come on.
We have used RV Share many times, and our experience with Kristy was exceptional. Very responsive to any questions, and made our pickup so easy. The RV was exactly what we needed for our adventure and would highly recommend anyone looking to rent a RV should select this one!
