- There is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, we reserve the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect
- Trailer must be returned COMPLETELY clean on the inside. Fees will apply for extra cleaning if needed, including ozone treatment.
- Must check to see if we can accommodate different pick up or drop off times. We work based off appointments so please arrive on time to avoid a late fee.

I can't say enough about how absolutely incredible my experience working with Matt, Kristina, Tiffany, and the team was! I booked a fleet of RVs for a group camping trip and they made the process simple and straightforward. I spoke mostly with Tiffany in regard to coordination and logistics and she was such a joy to work with.

Renter beware!
Working with Matt and fireside rentals has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with RVShare. Why RV share allows another rental company to rent through RVShare is beyond me. Here are a few of the issues.
-Payment: RV share will charge you and collect a deposit. Fireside will also charge and collect a deposit. So my $1,200 rental was $2,500. Such misleading crap.
Paul it is sad to hear that you had such a hard time with your rental. RVShare allows owners of RVs to list on this platform whether they are renting 1 RV or 10; we wouldn't be aloud to be on here if we are breaking the rules. Our instructions are clearly listed on each listing, as well as a description and photos of the the interior and layout.

Had some confusion with available connectors for the generator but the team found a solution for our trip. Very helpful and friendly staff!
