Nancy did a great job orienting us to the RV. We had never rented one before so having clear communication was a plus. It is an older RV. She advertised it as having a shower, but when we touring the RV she said the shower was not functional. The bed was so uncomfortable that my husband and I had a very hard time sleeping.
I appreciate your honesty and your trial before taking it longer,! It is a 2017, so I do not consider that too old but not a bid deal to have a complaint about as I was upfront about it, and the shower is functional!
