I’d like to provide a concise and honest (good and bad) review of our experience renting the Travato class B from Greener Travel. The RV is clean and well maintained as you would expect for a 2019 RV. At pickup Karen of Greener Travel was very helpful in reviewing the RV and provided a quick reference guild.
Thank you for cleaning the RV upon return. We are glad you had an enjoyable trip to Lake Michigan. Like all other RV's, awnings should not be open toward the direction of the wind. We will be updating the rental manual to note this, for those who are not experienced RVer's.
We enjoyed the vehicle tremendously, it was clean and comfortable.
We were happy to rent this unit again this year; it has been well-cared for and remains in great condition. The unit is very clean and we enjoyed our week with it. The owner was very easy to work with and we look forward to renting it again!
This van was the perfect get-away during the pandemic! It had been scrupulously cleaned before we picked it up, and we felt very comfortable moving into it for a week spent socially distancing around the great lake state. Besides the walk-thru, the owner provided a packet of information for reference on the road and was available for questions as needed.
