Kayla was very helpful, communicative, and available. She was willing to make herself available to any of our potential needs.
The RV itself left quite a bit to be desired. The vehicle pulled hard to the right and steering was so loose that It was almost undrivable. The shocks did not function at all and afforded no dampening that we could detect.
Camper and hosts were great. Host was easy to communicate and coordinate with and made process very easy for me, my wife, and our daughter. Id highly recommend this rental and would book again.
We had an amazing experience with this RV rental, and I can’t say enough good things about it! From the very beginning, Kayla was incredibly kind, responsive, and attentive to all of our needs. She made the whole process so easy and welcoming. One of the highlights for us was that she thoughtfully prepared goodie bags for the kids such a sweet touch!

This RV kept us safe and got us from Michigan to Utah and back again. Four national parks and lots of moments in between. Drove wonderfully in all conditions from snow to sun. The beds were comfortable. Kayla added little touches to make it feel more cozy. Would absolutely rent this one again.
