- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No dry camping allowed. Generator use only when driving RV to keep fridge cold.
Gas tank should be returned at same level started with. If the fuel refill requirements are not met the owner will charge an additional fuel refill fee that will include both the cost of the fuel as well as a $40 charge for the act of refilling the tanks.
