Rosenberg is a city in Texas's Fort Bend County with a population of 38,282. It's named after Henry Rosenberg, who moved to the area in 1843 from Switzerland. Some were found in groups. It's the only known spot where Columbian mammoths died in a group that included adults and youth. You can watch as paleontologists continue to work in the area. The surrounding park area provides visitors with shaded picnic sites along the river and several hiking and biking trails.

The Angelina National Forest encompasses 153,000 acres that span four counties in Texas.
