- No pets

- Minimum renter age of 25
- If not at the RV, awning must be retracted due to possible wind or storm damage.
- No pets allowed. Any evidence of pets will result in a $500 fee at the end of the rental
- No smoking or vaping allowed inside RV. Any evidence of smoking or vaping inside RV will result in a $500 fee at the end of the rental
- Trucks are only towing vehicle accepted and they must have a towing capacity greater than the gross weight of the RV.
- You can pre-purchase the empty tank option for a $50 fee. If not you must empty both the gray and black water tanks and do a tank flush prior to returning or there will be an additional $75 fee.

Everything in this listing was very accurate when compared to the RV. I can’t say enough nice/helpful things about Lane, and his help with being ready to use and take care of the RV. The RV is in great shape and well maintained. We took it to Big Bend and had a wonderful trip in it. I highly recommend renting from Lane.
