Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Renter must produce valid driver's license and allow host to take a picture to attach to rental agreement and walk-through checklist prior to departure.
- Trip extensions must be discussed with host 24 hours minimum prior to trip end date due to same day bookings and prep time for our next renter.
- Smoking outside of the RV is allowed, but any smoke smell inside the RV will result in $500 of deposit to be deducted upon return.
- Gas and propane will be filled at time of departure, renter must bring RV back with both Gas and propane filled. Difference in filling will be deducted from deposit.
- When we hand off the RV to you the floors are swept and mopped, Gas tank is full, and all grey and black tanks are empty, with the outside being mud free. RETURN AS FOUND!
