Brand new concrete, double wide roads, spacious concrete spots, great WiFi, good selection of cable, pretty pool, beautiful community room with free coffee, hot water, and popcorn, immaculate laundry room with front loading washing machines, clean large showers and dressing rooms, and a pond.
