Air conditioning does not work, extra and last minute fees added at the end of trip. Poor and rude communications from owner when asked about fees and when reported air was not working.

Nice clean RV. Drives pretty easy even with some wind gusts. Plenty of power to go up over the mountains. We had a family of 4 camping in the desert with no hookups at all and we got about 4 days/3 nights before tanks started getting full. We did use water very carefully.

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 30
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Customer will provide RV Camping Rental with the driver license, vehicle insurance ID card, and proof of address for all those that will be driving. Documents must received by them 5 days prior start
- If booking last minute, customer needs to show proof of funds debited from their payment method. Those bringing a dog MUST pay the Dog Hair removal fee. Motorhome can not be transported to Mexico
- Towing is FORBIDDEN, receiving hitch is locked and not accessible. This RV can not be taken to Burning Man. ***Customer MUST sign Delivery and Return inspection reports to receive deposit refund.
- By renting from us RV Camping Rental, customer acknowledges and agree to pay for mechanical and tires damages.
If customer will be picking up and returning the motorhome from/to us, it will need to exchanged at the storage facilities located inside the KOA in Chula Vista -NO exceptions-
This motorhome is not available for Burning Man reservations or trips to Mexico.
