- Minimum renter age of 25

- There is a $1 charge per extra mile driven above the miles included. $8 per gallon charge to fill the tank. The gas tank is to be filled within 5 miles from the drop-off location.
- $250 fee if the upholstery needs to be shampooed because of smoke, strong pet odors, or dirt.
- $150 charge if the add-on option for dumping tanks is not selected, and the tanks need to be dumped.
- There will be a fee for parts/ labor for generator repair if the generator rules are not followed during the rental.
