This was a last minute book and Cliff was great replied back quickly answered all my questions. When we picked up the trailer Cliff hooked it up for us did a walk through showing us where everything was and how it works. Will definitely be renting from Cliff in the future

Parked on the side of our 1 acre property, away from the main house. You will have your own separate entrance and won’t be bothered by the home owners. This is a rural area so you will hear chickens in the morning. Full hookups; power, water, heater, propane, A/C, septic, etc. About 25 minutes away from Lake Tahoe and 20 minutes from Downtown Reno and 20 minutes from Carson City.
