Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No awning usage, canopy provided for shade
- Rv is expected to return clean when delivered to the customer, If Rv is not returned in the same cleaning fee will be based on hourly fee of $125.00 per hour.
- Dumping of the tanks are the customer responsibility , if tanks are not emptied out during your booking a $100 dumping fee will be applied.
