The listing should say well used. I’m glad my wife only came for the last few days as it’s beat to heck, which I didn’t mind bc other dings blended in! Expectations should be this is a well used trailer gray for hunting but not great for sleeping a wife and kids.

No smoking, no pets. Renters are responsible for cleaning the unit, dumping the sewer tanks and refilling the propane. Pickup and drop off times are set to allow us to get the unit sanitized and ready for the next renters.
