Tom & Joanna were incredible, very easy to communicate with and prompt anytime we left a message. The RV was lovely, clean and perfectly equipped for our week-long trip. Renting an RV isn't a cheap endeavor, but I felt like we got our money's worth with this one.

Tom and Joanna are very reactive, straight to the point and flexible.
We asked for some adjustment on check-in/check-out time and they accomodated where their constraints allowed. After checkin, we had few questions and Tom was very helpful.
We faced some issues with the water pump when not hooked RV camp water, once again Tom helped with troubleshooting.

Tom and Joanna were super nice, very responsive, extremely accommodating. We had to pick up and drop off early and they were very understanding. The RV was great and was an amazing place to stay for our National Park vacation.

Do not rent from Tom and Joanna. This vehicle is not maintained or repaired by the owners. Almost everything in the vehicle is broken. I rented this vehicle from them for about 10 days. My wife and I were shocked by the level of existing damage.
We understand that you are frustrated with the insurance claim that we made for the damages that were incurred on your trip. However, we must provide dated and stamped photos and evidence of the condition before and after the rental. We are sorry that you feel that we were dishonest and were attempting fraud. This was not the case and the claim has been resolved through RVshare insurance.
