- Policies/Rules: Please use ladders when using upper bunks. NO SMOKING or VAPING. There will be a $200 fee. Please clean all PET Hair before returning the unit. $200 Pet Hair Charge
- We realize things sometimes happen! Message host immediately if there is damage or other incidents that happened ahead of return and take pictures!
- Pickup Time is 3pm and Drop Off Time is 11am. If you need additional time, please go to your booking and add on the Early Pick Up Fee or Late Return Fee.
- Please place all remotes, games and walkie talkies back where they belong to prevent being charged in case we cannot locate them.
- Place all USED sheets and towels in the bathroom area. If you did not add-on the Septic Cleaning and Propane Refill at the time of reservation, those fees will come out of the security deposit.

DO NOT RENT THIS RV!!!
Please believe the bad reviews on this RV and the owner! It was a nightmare from when we picked up the RV until months after our trip due to the constant harassment of the owner for thousands of more dollars to repair this shitty RV that she ensured was “fixed”.
You took our rv through a parking garage and ripped off the entire roof off
Then you backed the rv into the parking garage wall and ripped the entire bedroom out
Then you added holes into the walls and in the doors!!! And put the ladder into slide which broke the slide!
Your insurance paid over 20k worth of damages due to your negligence!!
We should have been more careful who to rent too!
Shandra and her husband Jerry have created, without a doubt, the worst renting experience that I have ever been through. The pictures on this listing don’t even come close to describing what the actual appearance of the RV is, and they must’ve been taken years ago. The interior is old, dilapidated, and smells like it had hosted countless animals.
This young RENTER had a great party while damaging our entire unit! The entire inside of the unit from the flooring to the walls, Damaged our Doors, Valances were torn off the walls, damage to the interior cabinets, crown molding torn off the sliding, EVEN THE MATTRESS HAD TO BE REPLACED since they put a HUGE whole in it. Thousands of dollars in damages! Wood paneling under dinette scraped up!
Our experience with this RV rental was disappointing and far from what we expected. When we received the RV, it was clear it had not been properly cleaned or maintained. We found moldy bread in the cabinets above the table (which converts into a bed), old sausage links in the kids’ bunk beds, and dirty countertops throughout the RV.
All false!
First of all the renter got a flat on the road. Happens. But the issue is that RVShare reimbursed them for the tire, but they also wanted US to pay them too! Trying to get more money from us as well.
1. You test dove with the RV with your ENTIRE family before even requesting the rental online.
2. Afterwards, you made the online reservation, so obviously it was up to standards.
We had a wonderful family trip in this RV. Everything about the trip went very smoothly!

The Happy Camper did not disappoint. This was our first family RV trip. Our kids are already asking when can we take our next RV trip. Owners were available and extremely helpful with questions we had along the way. Thanks for the family memories made in The Happy Camper!

I rented this RV for the weekend to see if I could handle doing everything myself and start my rv life. Shandra and Jeff were amazing and easy to get in touch with if needed. The rv is amazing and cozy. Great for a weekend trip!
