Has a rear balcony that can be set-up for a great view of a lake or track.

We had a super experience with rental. Tony was awesome with the delivery and pick up. He Worked with our needs on drop off and pick up. This unit is the coldest unit we have ever rented, even with the back door dropped for the patio the a/c stayed super cold like we liked it....
