We really enjoyed this rv, it was absolutely great. Shelby was super easy to contact and responded back quick. I would definitely rent this rv again.
The A/C on our rig went out right before our trip and we were forced to rent. This unit was as advertised. Brandyn and Shelby were excellent with their communication and helped salvage our weekend. Brandyn stayed at the site until some electrical issues could be repaired by the site owner and even washed a bunch of grass off the pad left over from mowing. It’s the little things.
We rented this RV for Thanksgiving in Huntsville State Park. Delivery was seamless. The RV was clean and included some supplies. They even provided yard games for the kids. Stayed for 7 days with wife and 3 boys between 4-9 years old and everyone had a great time. Will definitely rent this RV again. The owners were very helpful and responsive when we had questions.
Shelby and her husband are absolutely amazing folks! First a first time RV renter, they promptly answered so many of my questions without hesitation and guided me in ensuring we had all the proper equipment for a fun time. I 100% would rent again from Shelby.
