Our rental experience with Rich and his 2023 Jayco Pinnacle was exceptional. Rich’s response time is unmatched and he was very communicative throughout the entire rental even checking in to make sure we were enjoying the RV and to see if we had any questions. We elected to have the RV delivered to our campsite. Rich arrived at the campsite early and had the RV already set up when we arrived.
