An RV vacation to Casper Mountain, Wyoming with RVshare is an exciting way to spend a trip and make new memories! Casper Mountain is a popular destination for outdoor enthusiasts. It is the home of the Hogadon Basin Ski Area, which has 10 slopes and eight trails and attracts visitors from all over the world. Many people choose to snowshoe or cross-country ski in Hogadon Basin, as well as downhill ski. Hogadon has had its good years and its bad years. Full kitchen, yet the food is brought up pre-made and left under heat lamps. The bar is nice, with terrific views and tasty drinks. Snowpack is always an issue so I don’t hold it against Hogadon, though resorts with similar snowfall will at least set up a terrain park loaded with features. Hogadon chooses to let great features just sit in the trees, never to be put up. This would probably attract more snowboarders which they are openly against.
