Older trailer, but well taken care of. Maximum sleep capacity is listed at 6, but comfortably I would rate it for 4 adults. No smoking, and no pets due to allergies in the family.
For additional cost, local delivery and setup available. Out of town delivery available as well, but please confirm first as our schedule will determine if we are able to.

This small well maintained camper was the perfect fit for our week long camping trip. The host was great to deal with, accommodating and friendly. We have no complaints.
My husband and I had an amazing trip and a comfortable RV to retreat to. I can't thank Traci enough for being so accommodating and thorough. She was quick to respond to my messages and was always available to answer all of my messages. They dropped off and set up the RV without any issues and picked it up as agreed. The A/C and hot water worked beautifully.
Traci and her husband were very friendly and helpful. They explained how to run everything on the camper. The camper was clean and had many amenities. Would rent from them again.
Working with Tracy and her husband to pickup the camper was great! They did a great walk around of the unit, showed us how things worked and what we needed to do in different situations and how certain features needed to be used. The camper is a bit older but it pulls great behind a half ton and was very comfortable for my family of 4 on our trip over the 4th.
Traci was great and made the experience a wonderful one. She stayed in close communication and responded quickly to our needs and questions. The camper was clean and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay.
Traci is a very nice lady and she was very good with her husband , from the delivery of the RV until the return :the rental was a very good experience , we would recommended it to anyone .Thanks again
