This was our first experience using an RV rental. Kevin was kind and patient, answered all our questions and got us out on the road quickly. The Shak is more than comfortable for a long weekend. Hot water to wash up was much appreciated. Although the induction top didnt like our mocha pot, there was a french press on board for our caffeine needs.
