- We ask that you leave the RV as you found it. Please clean your own dishes, please do not leave messes behind, leave linens/towels etc. in shower when done and empty your own trash.
- Please clean the camper before you return it. A cleaning list and all supplies are provided. DO NOT EMPTY the septic, we will do this as we have a specific way to do so to clean it properly.
- Cleaning instructions are posted in the camper. These must be followed as posted or you risk losing your deposit.
- We try to be flexible about pickup/drop off times however, unless you request late/early arrival/pickup there will be an additional charge of $50/hour or part of an hour that you are late.

I would not rent from these owners! They charged us an extra $316 once we returned their camper because we forgot to clean two things. We offered to pay a smaller amount to cover their time, but we were still charged the full amount. We will definitely not be using them again!
Fortunately, most of our renters are respectful and take good care of our property. However, this particular renter was over an hour late for their scheduled pick-up, causing delays in delivering our other trailer. They also left the trailer in a terrible state. Despite clear instructions posted on the wall, Allison claimed she was unaware of them.
This is our second time renting this RV. The owners are so easy to deal with, communication is quick and easy. The RV is clean and well equipped. We will rent again!

This really was the perfect experience! The RV was delivered to our campsite and the owner plugged it in and got it ready for us. Novella was super accommodating to our schedule for arrival and departure. The RV was very clean and had everything we needed so it made packing and preparing so easy. Novella was so nice and always available for any questions we had. We can’t wait to rent again!
