I knew my RV was in good hands, enjoyed helping Karen and Joe with their special trip.
Trailer is as advertised and more. Surprisingly it was stocked w/everything needed, ie sheets, pillows,blanket, plates/cups, pots/pans, silverware to name a few. It even had cleaning supplies and dishwashing soap! This was our first time renting from an owner and it certainly won’t be our last. Michael is fabulous! He is so darn helpful, kind and knowledgeable.

This was our first experience using/renting a camper. Michael was awesome! Was always quick to respond to questions and extremely helpful. The camper looked brand new. Nice linens and towels. We blew a fuse on the generator and couldn't find it in the dark but Michael was able to troubleshoot with us on the phone the next day.
This RV felt brand-new, and was very well appointed and comfortable. Michael did an excellent job orienting us on the trailer. MIchael saved our trip at the beginning - after driving 130 miles, I did not have the right trailer hitch. Michael had the right hitch, but I had a lock on the pin of my hitch, and of course, I had forgotten the key.
