Roan Plateau - Hubbard Mesa

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is responsible for 1 in every 10 acres of land in the U.S.

The Roan Plateau – Hubbard Mesa area spans 2,460 acres and offers visitors 50 miles of multi-use trails to enjoy. There is a parking area and separate OHV staging area, and visitors can also find a restroom, loading structures, and picnic tables. Although the plateau and mesa are mainly used for off-roading, visitors can also hike or camp, and the nearby area offers plenty of fishing opportunities. Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing are popular during the winter months.
