Mary Jane Thurston State Park RV & Campground Guide

Ohio

Mary Jane Thurston State Park is comprised of 105 acres of land next to the Maumee River. If you are an avid angler, this is a park that provides some of the best stream fishing in the state of Ohio. You will need an Ohio state fishing license to fish in the river, though. Located in northwestern Ohio between the towns of Napoleon and Bowling Green, the state park was dedicated in 1968. There are nine miles of trails to explore in the park, but the weather tends to vary quite a bit based on the season that you visit. Waterfowl and other small game can be hunted in the park as long as you have a valid hunting license.
