- Minimum renter age of 25
- No smoking or vaping inside the RV or within a 15 ft radius. No drugs that are illegal in Indiana allowed inside RV (including marijuana). No climbing on the roof.
- You may use the awning. It is only meant as a sunshade and should be pulled in when not in use. Please note, you are liable for any damage to the awning, and it is likely not covered under insurance.
- Pickup is 3:00 pm, return time is 12:00 pm unless other arrangements have been made.
- Black and Gray Water Tanks must be returned empty, unless unit was delivered. There is a minimum of a $150.00 dump fee if not dumped prior to return. Fresh Water will be delivered empty, unless added.
- Unit must be returned in the condition it was delivered. That includes taking out all trash, cleaning all floors, cleaning and putting away all dishes, and removing bed linens. Min $100 cleaning fee.
