Van was fantastic. No problems or complaints! Everything was clean and as described. Lots of storage everywhere. The queen size bed in the back was very comfy and we still had plenty of space for the two of us when the bed was out. All controls were self-explanatory. Van ran very smoothly. Jason was responsive, flexible with pick up/drop off and helpful with any questions.
We had an issue with the fridge, Jason tried to help me figure out the problem. All worked out great. Bring what you need (we forgot a flyswatter).
We took the van on a multi-stop adventure through Michigan and Wisconsin, and it handled beautifully — smooth driving, plenty of storage, and the dogs were perfectly at home, too. Every evening felt like a little luxury retreat on wheels.
If you’re thinking about renting a camper for your next trip, don’t hesitate — this is the one.
