- Please, no more occupants than there are beds.
- Your tow vehicle must have an operable trailer brake system and safe towing capacity exceeding the camper's weight (7900lbs).
- 1-2 dogs are allowed (with pet cleaning fee). Pets should be kenneled when indoors for safety. Please do not allow your pets on beds or furniture without some sort of blanket or towel.
- NO CATS. NO BOONDOCKING. NO PARKING ON UNPREPARED SURFACES. Camper must return clean inside and outside to avoid additional charges.
- If something gets broken, or is missing or not working correctly, let us know ASAP. Pictures are great. We will work with you. If we find something after the handoff, we will charge deposit/insurance.
