For Stationary Rentals, the camper will be parked away from our home on our 3-acre property. There are a few trees in the area that provide some privacy. There is an outdoor bathroom (glorified port-o-potty) that is available for use, or you can use the facilities in the camper. Electricity will be provided. Food delivery services are available, or there are many restaurants close by.

Rental Rules
- No pets

- Minimum renter age of 28
- Both tanks (grey and black) must be emptied prior to returning or pickup. If not emptied, a $75 charge will be added. Renters shall inform the owner if tanks were used and not emptied.
- A $100 cleaning fee will apply to all rentals. Additional cleaning fees could apply if camper isn’t returned in the condition it was received.
- A $25/hr. late fee will apply when returned after the identified returned time.
- Awning should be retracted when leaving or going in for the night.
- Only RV toilet paper should be flushed.

This was our first time renting from Jason. Everything was great! The unit was clean and in great shape. Jason was very accommodating with drop-off and pick-up times. We will rent from Jason again next year!
Enjoyed the camper for 3 nights. Jason was able to accommodate us on an early drop off time at the end of the trip.
The RV was in great condition and suited our needs perfectly for weekend trip. Jason was a joy to deal with and answered questions/responded quickly. Pick-Up & Return process was super simple.
Good experience
We had a great experience renting from Jason. Everything went smoothly and the camper fit the needs of us and our 4 kids very well. The main bed was much better than other campers because it didn't have low cabinets across the head of the bed.
Jason was great , the camper is very nice and clean. This is our first time using RVshare and we highly recommend it .
