Austin made our first rv rental the easiest and best experience ever.
He had everything from a spare tire to towels and explained how to use everything. Thank you Austin it was the best Thanksgiving ever.
This was a terrible experience. As someone who has primitive tent camped quite a bit, I expected my first RV experience to feel easy by comparison. Austin rushed through his tour and orientation of the RV after dropping it off and setting it up as the sun was setting. As it got dark, I realized none of the GFCI outlets had power.
Austin was an excellent host. As a lifelong RVer, it was nice to work with Austin as he responds really quickly, is very professional and flexible. The camper was an ease to tow! He even has some items stocked in the camper in case you forget something....like a toothbrush! I highly recommend.
