Katherine was exceptionally responsive, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. She answered every question we had in a timely manner, even when we had questions during our rental. Everything we needed (including a few things we forgot) was provided, the trailer was in excellent condition, and she was very thorough in explaining every bit of its operation.
