This was our first time to rent a travel trailer. Aaron was very thorough and made us feel confident to tow, set up and take down the trailer. He was in contact with us periodically just to make sure that everything was going okay. He was quick to reply to our questions and was very easy to work with. The trailer was clean and equipped with everything we needed for our weekend trip.
