- A rental agreement (SRA) is required as part of this rental, and vehicle insurance declaration page and drivers license to verify you. We also require a copy of these directly to us. All drivers.
- State law requires all guests wear seatbelts whenever in motion. All slide outs must in for driving. Car seats must use anchors built-in. No roof access.
- Smoking and drugs: There is No Smoking allowed in the RV. If smoke (including cigars, pipes, vape) is detected this is $3000 plus deep cleaning: $300 plus $75/hr over 2 hrs and lost revenue of rentals
- Only dogs, Max 2. Potty trained. Dogs may not be left alone in rv Owner is released from liability to animal. $60/dog fee each. Please keep shoes and animals off the furniture and kennel dogs at night
- No awning use. Please take off shoes when possible and use supplied mat outside. Remove your trash at the end of rental and tidy up a bit. Wet towels go in shower please.
