Rental Rules
- Pet-friendly

- Minimum renter age of 25
- Renter will pay for any repairs needed to restore the trailer to its' original state prior to rental agreement.
- The black and grey tanks should be returned empty. A $100 fee plus the cost to empty will be added if returned without being emptied.
- Renter will leave the trailer clean upon returning.
- No smoking in or near trailer.
- Propane should be returned full. A $50 fee plus the cost of propane will be added if returned not filled.
