We rented Tara's Rambo Campervan for five nights in September. Over the past few years I have had trouble sleeping at home and was a bit uncertain of whether the Campervan would be a good experience. Not to worry anymore! The van was just great - the bed, linens and blankets were very comfortable and with the stool that was provided made the bed very easy to get in and out of.
We had all we needed for a 4 day backcountry fishing trip. Easy to drive and very well equipped.
Tara was great. Quickly walked us through how to operate, and off we went.
Our experience with Tara and her van Rambo could not of been better. Tara was fantastic to communicate with, incredibly accommodating to requests, sent us you tube videos with how to information on the van. As someone who has only tent camped I was a little nervous doing van life things, all the information was very useful. Rambo the van was great! Easy to drive, fully stocked, comfortable beds.
What a wonderful experience! Tara was phenomenal, Rambo was luxurious and practical. The bedding, pillows, and blankets were soft, cozy, and more than comfortable. Tara was communicative and flexible throughout the process… I spent a couple weeks in Glacier National Park and eastern Montana… I had everything that I needed and Rambo was easy to drive and excellently cared for by the owner.
This review does not reflect my time using the RV. This review is directly related to my experience with the owner after the RV was returned. If you rent from this owner make sure you record and take pictures of everything you use. She tried to charge me for items that were already damaged once I returned the RV. An example would be the lawn chairs she said I could use.
Rycardo, I am not aware if RV Share provided you the claim report that I submitted after your return. Here are the details.
$30.76 refueling 6.25 gallon to original full
$30.00 excess cleaning (left dirty dishes, left garbage, not sweeping floors, repacking equipment) I’m fairly easy going but it added up
$66.00 burn hole in one new camping chair
$30.
